Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Her Income. By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to them.
Membership and billing
Her Income is a subscription service that costs $9.99 USD per month. There is no free trial or annual plan. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel from Account through Stripe’s secure billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal, and you keep access through the end of your current paid period.
Stripe processes payments, payment-method updates, invoices, and receipts. Her Income does not store full payment-card details. Automatic refunds are not offered. Contact support@herincome.app if you have a billing question.
What Her Income provides
Her Income curates and summarizes remote jobs and flexible earning opportunities, then links you to the company or platform that offers them. Opportunities can change, close, or expire at any time. Her Income does not guarantee availability, eligibility, acceptance, hiring, payment, or earnings.
Third-party companies and platforms control their own applications, screening, participation requirements, work, payment, and decisions. Her Income is not the employer for third-party jobs unless a listing expressly says otherwise, and it is not responsible for a third party’s hiring or payment decision.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, follow third-party requirements, and use the service lawfully. Do not share paid access, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or copy the service at scale, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, or use opportunity information for fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity.
Service and intellectual property
We may correct, update, withdraw, or expire content to keep the board trustworthy. Service availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside our control. Her Income’s brand, original copy, software, and curation are owned by Her Income or its licensors. Third-party names and content belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Her Income disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for third-party acts, lost opportunities, lost earnings, or indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service notice. Questions can be sent to support@herincome.app.
