Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information Her Income uses to provide and protect the V1 service.
Information we use
We process account and authentication information such as your email address, provider-issued user identifier, session data, and security events. We store membership and billing metadata such as Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, status, paid-through dates, and invoice references. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
When you use the opportunity board, we store the preferences you choose, saved opportunities, qualified card impressions, detail opens, and outbound clicks. This first-party activity helps operate Saved, rotate previously seen cards, rank Today, enforce exposure limits, and understand aggregate opportunity usefulness. It is not used for cross-site behavioral advertising.
Service providers
Supabase provides database and authentication infrastructure. Stripe processes payments and hosts Checkout and billing management. Resend supports transactional authentication and membership email delivery. These providers process information for Her Income under their own service and privacy terms.
Logs and retention
We keep limited security, billing, application, and diagnostic logs needed to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the service. Ordinary ingestion diagnostics are designed to expire after 30 days. Billing, review, and security records may be retained longer when needed for financial integrity, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or audit history.
Sharing and advertising
We share information with service providers only as needed to run the product, comply with law, or protect users and the service. Her Income does not sell member personal information for advertising and does not use cross-site behavioral advertising tracking. If a link carries an approved affiliate relationship in the future, that relationship will be disclosed; affiliate links are currently disabled.
Third-party links
Opportunity links take you to third-party sites. Their privacy practices and eligibility processes are controlled by them. Review their terms before submitting personal information.
Your choices
You can change opportunity preferences, remove saves, sign out, manage Stripe billing details, or cancel renewal from Account. To request access, correction, or deletion of your Her Income account information, email support@herincome.app. Some billing, security, or audit records may need to be retained where required.
