Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information Her Income uses to provide and protect the V1 service.

Information we use

We process account and authentication information such as your email address, provider-issued user identifier, session data, and security events. We store membership and billing metadata such as Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, status, paid-through dates, and invoice references. We do not store full payment-card numbers.

When you use the opportunity board, we store the preferences you choose, saved opportunities, qualified card impressions, detail opens, and outbound clicks. This first-party activity helps operate Saved, rotate previously seen cards, rank Today, enforce exposure limits, and understand aggregate opportunity usefulness. It is not used for cross-site behavioral advertising.

We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate visitor and pageview reporting. It does not use third-party tracking cookies. Her Income limits collection to sanitized page routes on the live site and excludes sensitive Auth, activation, billing-return, account, admin, and API routes. We do not send form values, account identifiers, payment identifiers, or member activity contents through this analytics integration.

Research Inbox

Research Inbox is optional and requires your consent. We automatically process supported-platform emails, forward important messages, and extract supported private invitations. Your private content is isolated from other members and is not available for ordinary administrator browsing.

Research Inbox messages and private extracted or review content are encrypted and retained only as long as needed for processing, forwarding and recovery. Private content is automatically removed from Her Income's application-accessible and recoverable systems within 7 days of the original message receipt. Limited non-content operational and audit records may remain. Email providers, delivered messages and underlying cloud media have separate retention lifecycles.

Service providers

Supabase provides database and authentication infrastructure. Stripe processes payments and hosts Checkout and billing management. Resend supports transactional authentication and membership email delivery. Vercel hosts the website and processes limited, aggregated Web Analytics data. These providers process information for Her Income under their own service and privacy terms.

Logs and retention

We keep limited security, billing, application, and diagnostic logs needed to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the service. Ordinary ingestion diagnostics are designed to expire after 30 days. Billing, review, and security records may be retained longer when needed for financial integrity, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or audit history.

Unpaid payment-first registrations are eligible for removal after 30 days without customer activity, once payment and account checks confirm they are safe to remove. Pending payments, open Checkout sessions, financial history, security concerns or unresolved support cases may require longer retention. Expired signup links do not mean a paid account has been deleted.

How you found us

When you arrive at Her Income from an ad or a link that carries campaign details, we keep those details from the link (such as the campaign name and source), the page you landed on, and, for ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta’s click identifier from the link and, if your browser has them, Meta’s cookies for our site. We keep this in a cookie on your device for up to 30 days and, if you sign up, next to your sign-up email. We use it only to understand which of our campaigns bring members. We don’t sell it or share it with advertisers. We keep it for up to 12 months after you sign up.

Sharing and advertising

We share information with service providers only as needed to run the product, comply with law, or protect users and the service. Her Income does not sell member personal information for advertising and does not use cross-site behavioral advertising tracking. If a link carries an approved affiliate relationship in the future, that relationship will be disclosed; affiliate links are currently disabled.

Third-party links

Opportunity links take you to third-party sites. Their privacy practices and eligibility processes are controlled by them. Review their terms before submitting personal information.

Your choices

You can change opportunity preferences, remove saves, sign out, manage Stripe billing details, or cancel renewal from Account. To request access, correction, or deletion of your Her Income account information, email support@herincome.app. Some billing, security, or audit records may need to be retained where required.
